The Company

Founded in Berlin in the 1920's, taken over by Hermann-Josef Brumberg in 1980 and domiciled in Sundern since 1986, the "Workshops for Handicraft Room Lights" now has its home where lamps have been manufactured for generations: in the upper "Sauerland" area.

Since time immemorial, WKR has been a household name for exquisite lamps made of brass and other high-quality materials. WKR not only means traditional, manual production of individual lamps, but also a range of tables and mirrors.

WKR is successful in the field of furnishing complete objects and also manufacture to match architectural design. Alongside classical and timeless, but also futuristic designs, there are again and again individual unique WKR items which make an essential contribution to the implementation of the overall architectonic idea as highlights of handicrafts.

Service

WKR has a large stock of old and new moulding tools, which means that lamps from various epochs can be reproduced. If so required, we are at the disposal of our customers and interested parties for lighting consultancy and develop a matching programme of lamps for a basic architectonic idea together with you.
